    The first Swan Terrace I have had and wow was it delicious. The fruit is so terrific and accessible the wine is almost sweet. But the structure and lift keep it in perfect balance.

Will this wine continue to develop and improve or do you suggest to “pound away matey”?

Well, it certainly is not at a “drink up” stage. But it is very delicious now so why wait? Of course, i find the Rhys pinots almost always very approachable and often disagree with others’ views that the wines are too structured or shut down. But then I am used to burg so maybe that’s why.
