Decision has not yet been announced. Max wait time is another 2 weeks (give or take a day).
Usually, I am all about states’ rights but I am going to make an exception here. States’ rights < Wine rights
Specs and Total Wines dominates the market here in Texas…I am tired of it.
I won’t digress into the idea of states “rights” (vs. powers) but, it’s notable in this case that the state itself is not defending its own law.
