TN: 2015 PYCM Pernand Vergelesses 1er Cru Sous Fretille

This was one of the best 2015 white burgs I’ve had so far (not a huge sample size). The nose is redolent of lemon chantilly cream with a good smack of matchstick. The palate is full and dense with more lemon citrus and bracing acidity. The finish is long and satisfying. This is a tremendous bargain, and one of the few 2015s that is better than then the 2014 version.

Thanks Adam. Pierre-Yves made terrific '15’s. Had the '17 version of this last week. Super wine!

Agreed. Jeremy. Quite enjoyed the '15 Saint Aubins I’ve tried.

How does the Sous Fretille compared to the Saint Aubin-based cuvees?
