I drank the 2017 Paetra dry Riesling in April and forgot it. Placed the cork back in and left it in the refrig. It has been sitting in my refrigerator for over 1 month now. I took a sip and it actually got much better! I don’t think I have ever had a wine that lasted this long after being opened.
