My german wine dealer Pinard de Picard has a new entry in their portfolio, Dom. Garnier&Fils and their description made me curious. So I ordered 2 bottles.

Here we have a simple Chablis for just 16,90€ made by the brothers Jérome und Xavier Garnier and offers a lot of bang for the buck.
. Perfect for my Riesling palate, as it offers a slim&pure&precise&cool style and additionally of course with the classic chalk notes. Thank god, no oak&kitsch or alcohol monster.
I thought to drink only 2-3 glasses for a Sunday night, but I guess the bottle will be empty tonight. Really offers great drinking pleasure. Later the week I will also open a 2016 “Montmains” Chablis, stay tuned…
