I did not see any of either, except at La Cagouille where the Coche CC was on the list, but luckily I did not order any. (see below)
I was in Paris to share the joy, honor and glamour with an old friend (we have known each other since LBJ was President, and we wore short pants). He was to receive a rather prestigous price: Global Award for Sustainable Architecture 2019 and it had to be celebrated

I really do not understand that I could not get a proper glass for the Raveneau. OK, I could have brought my own , but that seems a bit awkward…

Same in Willis:Glasses totally unfit for the Preuses.

All 3 wines I enjoyed were priced below shop price, and they were worth every €

You and Noel with the pics of razor claims are killing me! Not a single restaurant in my town has them. I need them.

Can you link some pics or an article on the work of architecture? Quite interested. That was my field of study before law. A huge honor, you all celebrated it well!

Thank you for this excellent post. It is too bad that you could not get better glasses for these great Chablis.

May I ask as to which of the laureates is your friend? Just from geography and culture I would guess Professor Doctor Sobek, although as we still live in a world that remains increasingly open, it could be any of them. How cool would it be if you have known Rozana Montiel or Ammar Khammash since you were in ‘short pants’!
