CellarTracker Down?

Is CellarTracker down for anyone else? Tried to access from two different browsers and my phone and getting “failed to open page” timeout errors. Trying to figure out if it’s just me, or something on the other end. Thanks.

No.

Works for me

OK. Thanks for letting me know.

Phew… i thought society has reached its end…

it’s still up for me.

CT appears to be down this morning. it was down completely and now it’s off and on, but mostly off. seem to be having some server issues.

Yeah, I keep getting error messages, but if I refresh the page it usually works. Happened occasionally yesterday too.

I’ve been having on and off issues for the last week or so. I sent them an inquiry, and was told there was a server issue, but it was fixed. Then I kept getting the same errors. Sounds like the gremlins are still around.

Had issues today with a message that mentions a problem with the server.

Still getting error messages . . .

Reminds me I should probably import my cellartracker into a spreadsheet…

Oh man…reading this made me think just how many hours of my life it would take if I had to start from scratch re-entering my cellar!

We are fighting an intermittent but ongoing issue where one or two of several servers do down. So there will be some people getting errors and others not. It has been escalated to a pretty high level and hopefully will be fully fixed soon. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Have no fear. you don’t need backup as they have backup…

Working again. [cheers.gif]

Yeah seems to be working again for now as of a little while ago.

Yeah, maybe I’m naive, but I’d like to think they’ve figured out backups and redundancy. The fact that one can’t access data via the internet temporarily doesn’t mean the data is “gone.”

Yes, your data is absolutely intact. Wholly service interface. Like imagine the door to your wine cellar was stuck which has no effect on the wine within.
