2016 Caroline Morey Criots-Bâtard-Montrachet - France, Burgundy, Côte de Beaune, Criots-Bâtard-Montrachet Grand Cru
Huge intense nose of lime and pear with aromatic, tension and complexity. Fine, assertive and youthful attack, racy and very mineral, with amazing length and detail. (95 pts.)

2005 Château Margaux - France, Bordeaux, Médoc, Margaux
The Margaux was rich, deep and super complex, with royal dark fruit, a little cedar, tasty tannins and classic spice. As expected outstanding and quite delicious. (96 pts.)

1989 Château Montrose - France, Bordeaux, Médoc, St. Estèphe
This 1989 was outstanding, it was round and tasty, in great condition with excellent leather, caramel, forest and smoke flavors and close to the 1990 which is a true legend. (95 pts.)

I’m shocked the Margaux was that welcoming, but glad you had a rewarding experience
Did your dog chew on the Montrose?
I love love love the 89. A very memorable wine to me.
Don’t know what happened with the (very damaged) label but the fill was excellent very high!!
