TN: 2017 Alphonse Mellot Sancerre La Moussière

Just OK. Fairly one-dimensional with not much going on other than a rather forceful SB citrus (other fruit?) grassy first move with no follow-up moves. I expected more. This was a low $20’s bottle at Costco. Not recommended. At almost the same price, we VERY much preferred the more deliciously complex ballroom dancer, the 2017 Les Baronnes Sancerre from Henri Bourgeois.

A tattered coat upon a stick, unless
Soul clap its hands and sing
