2013 Wenzlau Vineyard Cuvée L’Inconnu Estate Blanc de Blanc.
Rich but quite dry. A citrus blast balanced with acid cut and mineral. A mildly aggressive bead. I think they will age exceptionally well. This wine will capably sit amongst the fine champagnes in my cellar.
Non dosage, aged four years on the lees. If you have the cellar space, go get 'em!
