If you have a Chase cc card, check the app or the website to see if your account was targeted as there 10% off at Total Wine offers floating around, but capped at $9 total back. They are stackable with any TW coupons you might have/use. Chase Offers have to be activated, after you get targeted.
In general Chase offers are so low dollar value (I get sent $2 off at Wienershnitzel ?!?) that its hard to ever see altering your top of wallet habits / spending habits around them. But who knows maybe someone can use this.
