The 2013 Riice Spivak pinot noir. The nose is seductive, lush rich cherry and flowers. The wine is a bit on the lush, full side of pinot for me. This was enjoyed by all at dinner. This is not a hugh wine, but a bit ripe and heavy for me. The flavor profile is fruit and cola. 90 pts.
Interesting note. The prior wines that I have tried from LaRue where not heavy to my taste. But my data points are limited.
