1990 Tertre Rôteboeuf - France, Bordeaux, Libournais, St. Émilion Grand Cru (4/21/2019)
Popped and poured. Reddish brown color. Spicy nose, I’m getting cloves, cedar, rosemary and some dried plum mature elements. Silky, mature palate, fairly lithe with medium weight/viscosity and lifted with a slight tannic bite on the finish. Excellent pairing for a rosemary rack of lamb. (94 pts.)
