Chilled and poured to accompany mussels steamed in cream, Guinness, and clam sauce. Light gold color. Nose of hay, yeast, citrus, petrol, white flowers. Bready, deeply settled layers of grapefruit, granny apple, biscuit, and white stone on the palate enlivened by striking acidity and massaging bubbles. Long finish of grapefruit, lime, schist, white pear, and grip. Superb. (92 pts.)
