Yes, I was part of the chorus that mocked Parker for his palate. But after a remarkable pairing of Ika sushi and 2007 Bonneau Celestins (in magnum of course) my mind has been blown.
I will shortly be offering up all my Burgundy and Chinon to trade for 2007 Chateauneuf. Keep an eye out. The offer might not show until one year from today…
