The one in NY? Yes. They are safe and I bought from them before. This was my experience though. I have visited their location as well. You can also signed up for their email sub and get 10% off but it does not apply to all wines.
I have purchased pre-arrival wines multiple times and they have all delivered with no issue.
Yeah I buy from them often, they are great.
