I wonder if the people at the Chateau would be offended if a guest brought their own wine glasses. Those look pretty bad for smelling the wines. They’re probably antique or otherwise precious somehow, but they look like Libbeys.
Is it just me or are the estimates on the 1905 and 1868 low (perhaps wildly low)?
The stemware is a minor scandale indeed … there are dozens of appropriate glasses available worldwide, absolutely no need to use (ancient) tools like these …
