Mine arrived yesterday and the bottom was split/broken at 1 of the nails. Fairly minor compared to others. They are sleeping in the cellar now.

Mine came in the foam. The back of the case was slightly damaged. I’m not sure why some shipped in foam and the others shipped in korrvu (that’s the plastic). The korrvu is a far superior product to the foam.

My 750’s came in foam (one box was slightly damaged, first wave). The mag came in korrvu and was safe and sound. I agree that the korrvu seems superior.

Guess I must have got one of the later waves because I had no damage to my OWC. Good to see others were able to get more than 3 bottles too. Not sure I want to splurge on a 2nd 3 pack but in a vintage like 16' it would be hard not to if offered.

I asked for replacement boxes and they were sent Free of Charge. Seem sturdier than the originals.

I reached out to Scarecrow and received my replacement box last week. Enjoying the smell of fresh cedar.

Not Scarecrow, but had a similar problem with a Schrader OWC, pre-sale. I was more worried about the wine but wasn't thrilled with the box damage. Schrader was not responsive at all. It was like, we sold out, can't help you. Hope Scarecrow is more helpful.

Just received a Backus 6-pack from Phelps. They ship the wine fully packed and the box separately packed in different boxes, which is a great/lower risk process IMO.

OWC arrived today in perfect condition, no damage. Packing was top notch, and the OWC was thicker and more solid than years past.

OWC received today and perfect condition noticed they now screw the lid. Last year mine internal wood was cracked a bit but this year a-ok...

It seems FedEx decided to take mine and redirect it to a local pickup location (instead of my house) of their own volition. Went to the location yesterday and it can't be found, claim the name that signed for it isn't an employee there. FedEx has been useless when I speak with them, hoping the team at vinfillment have a better time tracking it down.
