Dom Perignon 2008 Legacy vs. Regular Labels

Excited about this 2008 release. Aside from marketing and packaging, are they the same wine? Are there differences between them in terms of quality?

The note from JR seems to indicate separate disgorgements, albeit closely spaced.

Hard to disgorge several million bottles in the same day or week.
They are disgorged at around the same time and given the same dosage.

i'm waiting for luminous. i've read that they save the best juice for those.
