Elio Grasso, some new releases

60s, brilliant sunshine and a visit to Elio Grasso, terrific way to start to the day (even if it began with heavy fog). Tasted through the lineup, and ended up taking:

a few more 2014 Barolo
several 2015 Barolo Gavarini Chiniera
a case and a magnum of 2016 Barbera

which is to say I highly recommend all of the aforementioned. First year I didn’t buy a case or two of Dolcetto, but that was more a function of dollars already spent than anything else.

Well, there is only so much dolcetto you can drink. [wink.gif]
