TN: Ryme Sangiovese Friulano '18...(short/boring)

Prompted by a friend’s rec, I opened up my lone btl of:

  1. Ryme Sangiovese Friulano FoxHillVnyd/MendoCnty (12.1%; 85% Sangiovese/15% Friulano) 2018: Very light garnet/dark rose color; lovely very fragrant bright/cherry/Sangio/spicy/slight cinammon light earthy slight herbal/Kansas haymow very perfumed nose; quite tart/tangy/bit metallic very strong cherry/bright/Sangio slight floral some herbal/haymow interesting very pretty flavor; very long bright/cherry/Sangio/bit floral/rose petal slight herbal/haymow/earthy finish w/ light zippy tannins; quite a pretty glou-glou wine that speaks strongly of Sangio; one step beyond a Sangiovese Rosato. $25.00

A wee BloodyPulpit:

  1. This is a new wine for Ryan & Megan. Not at all an obvious blend. Nothing really profound but just a lovely/nice-drinking lighter style of red that speaks strongly of Sangio.
