- 2015 Bodegas Breca Garnacha Breca - Spain, Aragón, Calatayud (1/17/2019)
Day 1: Grabbed a bottle out of the closeout bins at Sid's. Nice nose of earth, raspberries and dust. On the palate a touch of sweetness along with spice, crushed rock, dust and a floral note. The finish is a little harsh and is the only thing detracting from the experience. This represents a good value for the quality. If you just drink this and don't think too much it is even better than 86. 86 points
Day 2: Better and for the price point means new everyday wine selection. Spices, floral, raspberries, flint and crushed rock. While a touch of sweet fruits on this wine it is balanced and extremely enjoyable. For $12.99 a bottle more please! 88 points (88 pts.)
