New Mexico Attempting to Shut Down Retailer Wine Shipping

For the New Mexicans in the audience, you should know that there is a bill in the legislature that would revoke the reciprocal retailer wine shipping law in the state.

I know that if you live in New Mexico (That’s you Tom Hill), you will want to let the legislature know how you feel about this. And if you know a Wine drinker in New Mexico, you’ll want to urge them to contact their lawmakers. There is a way to do that easily and quickly:

The bill, SB 127 originated with…wait for it…wholesalers.

Please pass this on to any New Mexicans you know who might be inclined to send an email. Right now we are sending emails to members of the Senate Judiciary Committee where the bill awaits and hearing and vote.

Thank you!

Gee, BIG surprise. Another lobbyist who woos politicos with big bucks writing their own legislation, knowing the sheeple are in their pocket.

Sent my Reps information about what a bad idea this was. Have not heard back yet. This needs to be defeated but may go through because it is not prominent legislation.

Farging Iceholes!!
