TNR: 2011 or 2012 the better Clos Ste. Hune?

anybody know?

2012 is probably drinking better right now – I found it rounder and riper than the lean and minerally 2011, but I personally like the 2011 more overall.

Thanks! Sounds like 11 is my wine.

The '11 is superb!

WA (Rheinhardt?) thinks differently
That probably makes the 2011 cheaper here in EU

PSA- JJ Buckley has the 11 Clos St. Hune on sale right now at like $165.

The '12 from Magnum was splendid recently. Quite full and accessible but by no means flabby.

For drinking now, or in 20 or 30 years? champagne.gif

The 12 is daughters birth year wine. Need to stock up.

tried to buy last week and they were out.

Visit at Trimbach - June 2018

Riesling Clos Ste-Hune 2012 : 18/20
