This was a joke product on Cougar Town many years back so, yes, I would assume it’s mostly gag gifting.
It was bad enough when I thought it was a stopper with a glass attached but it’s actually a dispensing pourer/glass. Disgusting but at the same time great for drunk fests!
My mom actually got me one for Christmas 2017. Not quite sure if she was serious or not. Hey you can buy in bulk dishwashing solution which was advertised. They you can get the soapy residue smell in your fantastic glasses. Never underestimate what 90% of wine consumers will purchase.
It’s a buck less than the Guzzle Buddy, so I can understand the positive reviews.
