2010 Louis Jadot Pommard - France, Burgundy, Côte de Beaune, Pommard (1/23/2019)
This was a nice wine…I would wager it might have been better had I waited a few more years. Its shortcoming is only in that it was very straight-forward with minimal complexity: pie cherry and garrigue on the nose with pie cherry, raspberry and grape skin on the palate. Slightly drying finish, but nice balance and a round mouthfeel. (86 pts.)
