A wee BloodyPulpit:

  1. Fiano: When I first had this Ryme in Nov/2015; it seemed a rather lean/pinched/austere expression of Fiano. This is a good example of a wine that has put on weight w/ bottle age. It has a richness & texture that belies its 11.8% alcohol.
Unti also makes a delicious Fiano. And JimCowan makes a skin-contact Fiano that is delicious.
