TN: PYCM St. Aubin en Remilly 2013

amazing wine. Smoky, minerals, matchstick, flowers on the nose and a dense layered palate. Almost exotic. Crazy length. Tastebuds are very happy. Wow.

Nice.

The 2014 is sitting around here somewhere. Perhaps soon.

I just had the '14 a couple of weeks ago. Another WOW wine. Even the “lowly” '16 St-Aubin Le Banc I had the other day was fantastic. Super extracted, with that almost oily texture that I can’t get enough of.

Thanks for the note. These wines are so good. I popped a '16 PYCM St. Aubin Champlots the other day, to take a look at PYCM in '16, and it was just sensational. They are creeping up in price, though, and I often like Lamy St. Aubins just as much.
