Obviously way to young but still enjoyable.
The one flavor i get in young wines that bothers me is a milk chocolate mouthfeel, does anybody else get this ?

Alan, you’re drinking a 2016 Napa Cab, that is raised in a lot of new oak. What were you expecting?
Frank, where does the milk chocolate come from, is that the oak ?
It would be my assertion, yes.
Frankie would you concur that American oak produces nascent notes of toasted vanilla soy milk?
To me it’s more a cinnamon nutmeg almond milk latte.
I seriously doubt Thomas is using American oak, actually I know he doesn’t.
C’mon Robert…we all know American oak is clearly dill, coconut and marzipan…pssh
Way too young. Let them sleep. We had a 2007 last night that was fantastic! Little to no oak.
