Orlando Wine Shop?

Have a work colleague who is not geeky like us around here but I need to see if I can get her into a shop where I can pick out some things for her in the Orlando area. Champagne is what I am interested in only. Do any of you know of a good shop I can send her to and do they have an online inventory?

Thanks a lot.

I think the best, most customer-oriented store, with the most sophisticated staff, especially the owner Tim, is Tim’s Wine Market. It’s great for geeks and non-geeks. He has a very broad selection of wine, from AFWE to fruit-forward wines. He does not have inventory on line, but does have a nice array of champagne.

The Total Wine stores in town have inventory on line and have a solid selection of big name champagne, such as Dom, Salmon-Bellecart, Krug, Crystal, et al.

Hope this helps.

Would B-21 be a better option? They have on-line inventory and had free delivery to Orlando when I used them in the past. Not sure about their champagne selection so maybe not their strength.

B21 is fantastic, and the champagne lineup is decent:

They only do free delivery every other week with a minimum order of $300 to a business address. Shipping is cheap to Orlando, however, and the weather is fine.

I buy the Ployez-J Rose and Agraparts from them. Yummy stuff.

Tim Veran is awesome. He has a super collection of Grower Champagne, and some very nice choices of other cool stuff. Call and ask for him. He is almost always in the Orlando store. Staff is good too.

Thanks guys, I will send her to one of these shops.
