Monte Bello or Prichard Hill

Which of these does everybody recommend for a 2015 that will last until at least 2036? Any other ideas for ~$200.

Montebello.

Others for substantially less money that will easily make it that far:

-Seavey Cab
-Dunn Howell Mtn.
-Lagier Meredith Syrah

Montebello.

Others that should last 15 years that are less than $200 that I have had.

First let me say that I believe that most well made CA cabs will go fifteen years or longer. The following are a few that I have enjoyed and are noted for their longevity.

Seavey
Togni
Chateau Montelena
Spottswoode
Forman
Plump Jack
Dehlinger
Berringer Private Reserve

Of the two, I prefer Monte Bello.

hey Larry, long time, no golf…

Drinking a '96 Monte Bello right now…still needs time, but otherwise awesome.

I vote for MB.

Yeah, Monte Bello.

Monte Bello.

Ridge is currently pouring the 2015 at their tasting room up at Lytton Springs. We were in the area this weekend and tried it again. Definitely a ‘wow’ wine and one that I am confident that will be drinking well in 20+ years.
