Pungent minerality on the nose, some smoke, flint and loads of iodine. It is so cool, intense and focused. It tangs with briny sea creatures and sharp lemon flavours. It has richness and precision and exquisite balance. I kept yearning for fresh oysters followed by scampi as we demolished the bottle with a ham and salad roll from Tanunda bakery.
