Thanks to everyone for the advice, this was fantastic.

Incredible nose of toasted brioche that was hard to get away from.

Laserlike acidity, buoyant and vibrant palate with silky palate and incredible integration. Initially reticent but after an hour or so, delivered the goods. Perhaps this would be better in 3-5 but so good now...

Gonna try to get some more.
