2008 Dom Perignon Champagne - France, Champagne (11/23/2018)
A Legacy bottle. This started out quite tight but breathed up to show notes of spiced pear, citrus, brioche, toast and flint. It has great richness and intensity and is cut by the vintage’s line of precise acidity. The finish is chalky and has preserved lemon tang. Without doubt the best Dom since the '02.
