Sparkling Riesling, low-ish alcohol. Really nice acid profile with tart fruit, the bubbles aren't as complex as in vintage champagne, but didn't expect them to be.... Crazy food friendly wine, handled spicy Japanese extraordinarily well.
P.S. Please, someone explain to me how to get photos to present properly? I thought I had it, but only if you're inverted...
