2015 La Chablisenne Cotes de Lechet
Racy and mineral with great freshness. Nice mouthwatering acidity and well balanced.
2007 Pride Cabernet Sauvignon
Decanted for about 90 minutes. This was drinking at its absolute prime and is beautiful. First vintage for Sally Johnson and a very successful one. Cassie and a bit of chocolate on the nose with very silky palate with good structure and extremely long finish. Very nice indeed.
