PnP and drank with Salmon chowder. This bottle was a pleasant and unexpected (based on other CT notes) surprise. The best bottle of Carignan that I have had. I must admit that I have not had that many. This bottle showed a delightful medley of lighter fruit and florals and an elegant integration of flavors. Good acid balance and no notifiable tannin. I have one more of these that I will drink in a few years. (95 pts.)
