This is essentially a Bordeaux Wine Festival and is intended for the general public.
It is very successful and has taken place several times.
It is organized by the powers-that-be in Bordeaux (Chamber of Commerce, CIVB, Tourist Office, etc.) and a similar event is organized in Brussels.
