The Somm at the Berlin Katz Orange restaurant recommended the Peth-Wetz PV for a lamb dish. The wine is from the Rheinhessen region. The wine was very good. Who woulda thunk.

Did it show warm and ripe or have some cooler dimensions to it?
I’d say cooler. Bright fruit balanced with some oak. But no unripe, vegetably flavors.
