TN: 2012 Rhys Horseshoe Vineyard

From 375 - this wine is all about salinity and minerality at this point in its life. Sea salt, a hint of caramel and white peaches on the nose. Salty, tangy limestone on the attack with a nice crisp acidic finish. Very atypical of the other horseshoe chards I have had from Rhys, but very enjoyable. Screaming for a great fish dish to go with it.

Cool note Jud. Maybe it’s time to check in on mine, as I think it’s been a couple years.

Would fish sticks do? [wow.gif]

Merrill - Fish sticks would be perfect!
