Long, tight Diam cork, color is light hay, light fruit and sea spray on the nose; shows medium intensity on the palate, lots going on along with the taut stone fruit: hints of lemon rind, chalk, saline, perfect acidity. A beautifully classic Chablis. This note is from the next day, after having been opened 24 hours, but it hasn’t budged an inch. (92 pts.)
