Served alongside steamed lobsters with lemon, this molded into every nook and cranny of the meal. It picked up on the lemon to show its freshness, and the inherent saltiness of the lobster gravitated to the bright acidity. Emerging mature toast notes showed more when sipping the wine in its own.
