Some wino friends are being offered some 1970 and 1981 Chave Hermitage blanc, but we aren’t able to find any reviews or notes on these oddballs. Any help would be much appreciated!
I had the 1971 Hermitage blanc in the cellar served by Jean-Louis a year ago: quite youthful, could have been only 25 years old, very vital, deep and intense … great wine, almost immortal …
I bet the 1970 is not bad either … if in fine condition.

Not a fan of Chave Blanc from that era especially from the 70’s.
