sami odi wac gonero

holy sh*t
this is serious stuff
14.4
minerally/cold stone like a cayuse horsepower etc. which i love
i only got one and waited a long time (years) to open
this is good stuff
the label is like heiroglyhics so i don’t know vintage nor much else, but i know i wish i had more [cheers.gif]

The “WAC and then we were GONERO” is a blend of 2011/2012 fruit. I like that the Sami Odi wines tend to bring a touch more of a stalky/savoury element to them, but there is no getting away from them being ripe old-vine Barossa fruit.

certainly right cam, the old vine fruit is there but it’s not a hot mess [cheers.gif]

The title of this thread looked as though Mark had fallen asleep while creating a post. Google translate didn’t help but search did

The Sami Odi wines are excellent and Fraser Mckinley is a champion bloke.

thanks neal for the encouragement to post further
and jeremy, can these be found down there?

They are hard to get Mark but we get a small allocation each year.

They aren’t exactly on every shelf but I had 5-6 offers without chasing this year and one store emailed 3 times over the course of the month to say that they still had some available.

DING DING DING

:stuck_out_tongue:

Thank you very much for breaking it down for this clueless American!!
