Most likely will go with a veal chop.
Strange list, especially as there are no prices. Depending on how the latter shook out, with a veal chop, I might go with the 2012 Col d’Orcia, Brunello–solid, but not great producer. Might first ask for a (free) test pour of the 2015 Guado Al Tasso, ‘Il Bruciato,’ Super Tuscan, since they are pouring by the glass, but I suspect it’s just too young.

They should do a better job when printing the list. Should scale it to fit in 1 page.
It’s been about a year since i’ve been there, but they allowed BYO and corkage was $25 i think. Probably the best option but definitely call ahead to confirm they still allow it.
Can’t go wrong with 2014 Produttori, although I can’t see the price to know if it’s reasonable.
