Asked for 3 and 3 just now. Probably too late, but thanks for the feedback in any case, all.

I also put in for the .375s. Last night I opened a .375 of '14 Louis Michel Chablis MdT that I picked up from Envoyer for $16.99/btl. It was really delicious and a no-brainer for the $$. It's great to have bottles like that around.
Ryan, I agree with the 14’ MdT and ordered a second case recently.

good snags, these. I tried for the Rancia too but knew it was a long shot, I didn't reply until about an hour after I first saw the email.

I bit on the Prieur-Brunet Santenots. Anyone have any familiarity? Given what I could fine online, they seem to have a decent rep in those few corners where they were known. At that price it seemed a reasonable gamble.

Figured I'd try one of those old Barolos. Given the age, the price seems quite attractive.

Yes, that's very sharp pricing for some very good wine. I only got one of the 3 emails, and wanted some Walter Scott but wasn't fast enough.

I think I’ve missed a number of offers here as well. Signed up for basically everything, just seems like there are some mailers that go out to a smaller list?

To those who are missing out on some offers: just email Envoyer and speak to them about it; the problem will get fixed. Once upon a time, I somehow got dropped off distro for a while. I assume it was a system change-over of sorts. An email immediately solved the problem.

... or don't; I won't complaint about less competition! Quite frankly, I think it has become ludicrous how quickly one has to reply to an email to get any of the cellar offerings; nearly all of my purchases are direct imports, as I don't have the time, interest, or techie wherewithal to respond to emails within one minute of it hitting my inbox. Darwin, and all that ...

Luckily for me, some of my interests aren't "hip," so I do manage to snag some cellar offerings from time to time.

Newbie question here: how often does Envoyer actually send invoices?
I was verbally confirmed for a few bottles, but it's been 2 weeks and I haven't received an invoice yet.
When I log into my Account page, it also looks outdated.

One frustration I have now is I have no way of knowing how far over/under I am from 12 bottles. lol
Or maybe I just need to learn to always go over...

whenever they get around to it. I've gotten invoices within a couple of days a couple of times, but it is usually weeks. If you email them, they'll usually tell you whether you got the bottles

It's definitely different. It doesn't bother me much; they respond to emails and their shipping guy will send you a read out of what's in stock and ready to go any time you ask. But it bothers some people a lot and they should just buy elsewhere

i think most people are cool with it because its a standup group even if its a little different. it would be a totally different story if they told you that you got them and then their commitment seemed to disappear a couple weeks later. but somehow the strange system seems to work well
