2010 Domaine Christian Moreau Père et Fils Chablis Grand Cru Valmur - France, Burgundy, Chablis, Chablis Grand Cru (1/14/2018)
Bit of SO2 on the nose, medium intensity, has a lightness and elegance, but with enough depth to say “this is Grand Cru in a great vintage”, good doses of oyster shell and sea spray make this quintessential Chablis, with slight hints of saline and lemon citrus through the finish. A lovely wine, still young but drinking beautifully. (92 pts.)
