TN: 2015 Alain Hudelot-Noellat Chambolle-Musigny

2015 Alain Hudelot-Noellat Chambolle-Musigny - France, Burgundy, Côte de Nuits, Chambolle-Musigny (12/15/2017)
Medium dark ruby color, hint of ripe crushed berries on the nose, then tasty medium cherry fruit, good dose of dried cherry and some cranberry tartness. Reminds me a bit of the 2010 model, maybe with a bit more depth. (89 pts.)

More depth than 2010? Hmm…glad I got a few.

Hard to say after 5 years, but I think so. At least it seems to have a bit more oomph. Either way, it’s pretty tasty, and I’m having a hard time not refilling my glass. Definitely no sign of a warm vintage here, except that for the village Chambolle it shows pretty darn well.

Glad to hear this!

I had the Dujac village 2015 CM Thursday night. Happy to report same dynamics at play. Ton of fun, no solar squishiness. One note – the wine shut down appreciably next day after some air.
