Brooklyn, NY Wines?

Heard a radio news report this AM claiming that grapes have been grown atop a building in Brooklyn. A wine has been made from said grapes that sells for $1,000 a bottle. No mention was made as to varietal or year it was made. I guess anything is possible but this seems really out there!

About as out there as you can get. Not sure what the terroir would be, but apparently there is.
