My first time having this but it certainly won’t be the last. Slightly oxidative on the nose and bright and crisp on the palate. With flavors of Meyer lemon and unbruised green apple, this has outstanding, palate cleansing acidity. Finishes very long and would be great with sushi or just about any other seafood. Thanks for the post on a release I have not had. Im not a fan of oxidative notes. It appears that you got that only in the nose. Did it blow off? Love the descriptor of "unbruised green apple". Thats a new one to me.
The oxidative note persisted, but it was mild and did not dominate. The freshness and good acidity provided nice balance.
